Pneumatic drilling unit consists of:
• Drilling slide with chain feeding driven by a pneumatic motor suitable for 2,40 m or 3,20 m drill steel. Rock drill holder trolley suitable for 1/2/3/4 independent and shock -absorbed rock drill
• 5 m translation track with motorized slide holder trolley
• Operator Platform
• Pneumatic control panel at 6 bar complete with line lubricators for drilling system (percussion and rotation, down-feed, translation) installed on the operator’s platform.
• No. 4 track stabilizers ( No. 2 stabilizers for the central positioning of small blocks, No. 2 lateral stabilizers for the placement of large blocks or benches
• Track/slide positioning group: slide inclination + / - 30 ° , slide lateral tilt + / - 25 °, slide front inclination 30 °, frontal micrometric slide positioning stroke 250 mm, + /- 180 ° track rotation.
•Hydraulic power pack with pneumatic or electric (12/24 volts) controlling all the movements complete with control panel.
• Plate for fixing the machine to the excavator or similar
